Any couple that is committed to one another and are dedicated to growing their relationship for the long term.  So whether you are married, living together, in a same sex relationship, have kids or not, this is perfect for you. If you are coming to this week hoping to “save your relationship” and you’re experiencing high turbulence or crisis, this will not be designed to “fix” or “resolve” those major issues, although many of the tools and practices will point to the healthy direction.

Each session will be a maximum of 10 couples, mixed media approach of disseminating information.  There will be times of teaching and instructions, discussions, worksheets/assessments to discuss.  We also have built in grounding and mindfulness experiences to do together as well.

Yes. Please come ready and prepared to all sessions. Each session will build upon each other, so missing one session might be confusing or not coherent. Please contact the leaders if you are unable to make it due to any sickness or out of control event. 

The Circa Hotel sits perfectly on the edge of Fremont Street, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, gambling and a 15-20 minute walk to the unique area of Container Park and Ferguson Downtown area as well. The center of the Strip (Bellagio Hotel) is about a 20-25 minute drive away.

We would recommend looking in advance at any restaurants or shows you want to go to. There are plenty of world renowned restaurants and typically it’s helpful to get a reservation ahead of time.  Some venues to look up is “Brooklyn Bowl”, T-Mobile Arena, Park MGM, Virgin Hotel Concert Venue, Allegiant Stadium and MGM Grand Arena. There’s also North Premium Outlets that many people destined for great deals and brands. Outside of eating, shows and shopping, we’d suggest looking up “Area 15”, “Mob Museum”, “Red Rock National Park”, “Mt Charleston Hiking Trails”, spa afternoons at Resorts World, Wynn or any other place that offers fantastic and relaxing experiences. The hot new place to go is the Sphere. Some of these restaurants are in high demand and a reservation is recommended. You may want to call and place reservations as soon as you commit to the retreat.

We would recommend using Uber/Lyft or taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel and any time you choose to leave the vicinity around the hotel.  If you choose to rent a car, Circa Hotel offers a $25 per day fee or a $4 an hour fee as well. There’s usually plenty of parking and easy access from the “Garage Mahal” to the hotel.

We want this to be a very relaxed and casual environment. Being comfortable, cozy and safe is our highest priority for the best experience.  For the kindness of others, maybe avoid flip flops, anything revealing or inappropriate (or controversial - political) clothing.
